At the age of 27, I started my bodybuilding career by participating in “The Gold Classic Competition”, winning 5th place. This inspired me to continue competing and helping others reach their fitness goals. As a result, I have become a personal trainer, nutritionist, and supplement consultant for the past 13 years.
For the past 8 years I have been NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified. I believe that staying fit and healthy is a lifestyle. I encourage all of my clients to follow such a lifestyle by eating well and exercising daily, as it is not something that will happen overnight.
I help my clients by setting goals for themselves and helping them achieve them. During your personal training experience, you will find that William Zamot is much more than just a trainer for his clients; he is also a friend and mentor.
